Show-Right's simplified ordering system allows for show exhibitors to capture show orders through an automated software program. At a Show-Right Trade show, each booth is equipped with a Show-Right PC that is customized to the exhibitors unique show deals. To create an order, the Show-Right PC needs to acknowledge that a customer is present; this is done through inserting a customer specific floppy disc/USB drive into the PC. Once the Show-Right PC acknowledges a customer is present, the exhibitor can access their show deals. To place an order, simply enter the quantity desired in the appropriate cell with the corresponding ship date. Once the order is complete, the order is converted into excel format and a copy of the order is saved in two locations: 1) to the PC for the vendors records. 2) To the floppy disc/USB drive for the buyers records. (If a paper copy is desired, printers are available)
At the end of the show, the wholesaler will receive an electronic report of show totals. In addition, the vendor will have an electronic record of what they sold and the buyer will have an electronic copy what they purchased. Electronic reports can be created as an excel file or as a data file.
The Show-Right System completely eliminates the manual ordering process of traditional buying shows.
